Hi Adam, I have watched most of your content and continue to be inspired by your honesty and decency. Again a wonderful experience watching you doing your thing as you were eaten alive. Same as everything we enjoy. One day we stop doing it but once we step out the door with the camera or decide to go for that first cycle in a long time, it brings back all those amazing feelings of why we did it in the first place and get addicted to it once again 😎👍

Too true Adam, life seems to get in the away and hard to get up before the sunrises but when you get out and on location, just magic thanks for your inspiration always good 😊

Great video. I have the Canon Pro 1000 with the Professional Print and Layout software - however, I cannot find the Pattern Print layout feature. Can you help direct me to the right spot? Thanks again.

Yes… My home was damaged by a tornado and 3 camera and mostly all my lens were damaged.. I have pictures to process, but I don’t have the motivation.. maybe I should drive somewhere and relax🫶

Adam, you keep doing you buddy. Love your work, truly do. You got me printing my own work. Wasn't certain about it at first but now it's a kind of trophy for me to realize what I went to, to get the photo.

Do you shoot a panorama in 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ration in the camera or is up to the end user?

All that you said about getting out there in nature with your camera making your little problems fade and getting some relief from your bigger problems was all spot on for me. Enjoyed the video.

Good to see you such chipper mood! I quit the booze 18 years ago, when I became a single parent, and have never missed it. Never even tempted to sneak an alcoholic drink! What LUT did you apply to the drone footage? It has a very golden glow.

Notice how straight roads appear curved in panoramic photos? Does this mean our eyes see a curved shape and our brain makes it straight? Optical illusion?

I wondered where you'd got to, Adam. Just do what makes you happy. I am sure most of us subscribe not just for the photography, but because you're a relatable guy. As an ex-copper myself, too, I say just go where the journey takes you. Those of us that get it will tag along, those that don't aren't worth worrying about!

Thank you for confirming that f4 is sufficient for most landscapes. I’ve decided to built a smaller, lighter kit specifically for landscape. Shooting mostly Sony now but with Canon I owned both the 16-35/4 L and 70-200/4L and they are great lenses. Take care

Hey chap, my Pro-1000 has just had a firmware bump to version 4.00. I am not seeing ANY details of this update anywhere online, do you know anything given your links to Canon? I have had an intermittent power issue with this printer since purchase but nothing has enabled me to lock down the actual cause, I was hoping this might be a possible solution but no details of it anywhere. cheers fella.

I so relate to all this, Adam. I hauled my fat arse out of bed an hour before dawn on Sunday and drove out to a beautiful place in freezing cold shit weather, only to be greeted by a blanket of grey. But I waited and waited, and then waited a some more. Two hours later, the sun broke through the clouds and the light was BLOODY EPIC. The universe rewarded me for my dogged determination and patience. It was glorious, and I laughed all the way home. Three lessons I re-learned: 1. Get out the door. 2. Ignore the weather forecast. 3. Don’t quit too early. 😊

Very nice! At 6:53 you have the photo of the dead tree with the puffy clouds on the branches. With the cotton grass it looks like they are paying homage to an ancient ancestor. i have a question but I think the answer is obvious but when bracketing an image and a panorama , do you merge the bracketed images first then merge the panorama?

I thought I had experienced a great sunset on the Mendips a few weeks ago, but that sunset you captured was another level; nice work. I can certainly identify with your message about being out there and in the moment. I have wildflowers under foot, birds singing and a sky that I will remember for a very long time. Best of all, I bagged a great bonus image on the way to my sunset location too. Makes up for the dull days and unproductive mid-summer blues.

pro tip, your audio levels are all over the place. It's not very fun to have the upbeat music come blasting throughat double volume of the spoken parts.
